Condizioni di noleggio
Per noleggiare la tua ebike serve essere maggiorenni (o accompagnati da un familiare maggiorenne). All'atto del noleggio verrà richiesto un documento d'identità (in corso di validità). Per noleggiare un Ebike avrai bisogno una carta di credito per una cauzione su preautorizzazione (solo allocazione della somma sul plafond della carta; nessun prelievo di denaro) di € 300,00 per ogni bicicletta noleggiata. In caso non ci si presenti all'appuntamento per il ritiro delle ebike, senza dare un giusto preavviso, dalla preautorizzazione verrà trattenuta una somma pari al 30% del valore del noleggio. In caso di maltempo o imprevisti, il noleggio verrà spostato in data da concordare, previo accordo telefonico o via mail (con debito anticipo). Accettiamo pagamenti in contanti, bancomat e carte di credito (anche prepagate)
RENTAL CONDITIONS
To rent your ebike you need to be of age (or accompanied by an adult family member). At the time of rental an identity document (valid) will be required. To rent an Ebike you will need a credit card for a pre-authorization deposit (only allocation of the sum on the card ceiling; no withdrawal of money) of € 300.00 for each bicycle rented. If you do not show up at the appointment for the collection of the e-bikes, without giving proper notice, a sum equal to 30% of the rental value will be withheld from the pre-authorization. In case of bad weather or unforeseen events, the rental will be moved to a date to be agreed upon, by telephone or e-mail agreement (with due advance). We accept payments in cash, debit cards and credit cards (including prepaid)
